Propagierung von Resilienz gewinnt in außerfamiliären Institutionen von Bildung und Erziehung zunehmend an Bedeutung. Es wird angenommen, dass eine sichere Bindungsentwicklung die Widerstandsfähigkeit von Kindern und Jugendlichen angesichts vielfältiger Belastungen stärkt. Biopsychosoziale Katastrophenerfahrungen und digitale Bindungsdesorientierung werden als Modulatoren kindlicher Bindungsentwicklung skizziert und in ihren Konsequenzen auf bindungsbezogene Transmissionsprozesse analysiert. Der Beitrag greift Aspekte einer am Konstrukt der Resilienz orientierten pädagogischen Praxis auf und bezieht diese auf professionelle Fachkräfte. \nPropagation of resilience is becoming increasingly important in schools and the social welfare system. Resilience is generally linked with secure attachment. Experiences of violence, neglect, sexual abuse and the like in childhood and digital attachment disorientation of the primary caregiver in infancy are significant factors to reduce a child’s capacity to develop a secure attachment and, consequently, to regulate his emotional state. Transmission processes of attachment in public institutions of education and the construct of resilience are analysed and set into relation with the attachment history of educators in their pedagogical practice in the day-to-day routine with a vulnerable clientele.
