Das im Beitrag dargestellte Projekt hat zum Ziel, eine empirisch begründete, den nationalen wie internationalen Forschungsstand einbeziehende Analyse sogenannter Clankriminalität inklusive einer Reflexion der Kontroversen in Beschreibung und Bearbeitung des mit diesem Begriff verbundenen diffusen Phänomenbereichs zu leisten. Zudem wird der bisherige institutionelle und institutionenübergreifende Umgang mit Erscheinungsformen, die unter diesem Begriff kontextualisiert werden, empirisch beleuchtet. Hierfür wurden eine systematische Literatursynthese erstellt, eine linguistisch-semantische sowie eine empirische Konzeptanalyse (auf Basis medialer und politischer Darstellungsformen) sowie eine Interviewstudie und Fokusgruppenworkshops durchgeführt. \nThe aim of the project described in this article is to provide an empirically based analysis (considering the current state of national and international research) of so-called clan crime, including a reflection on the controversies surrounding the description and treatment of the diffuse field of phenomena associated with this term. In addition, current institutional and inter-institutional approaches to phenomena contextualized under this term are examined empirically. To this end, a systematic literature synthesis, a linguistic-semantic concept analysis, and a subsequent empirical concept analysis (based on media and policy documents), as well as an interview study and focus group workshops were conducted.
