Die Berufsgruppe der elementarpädagogischen Fachkräfte sieht sich mit steigenden Herausforderungen und sinkendem Personalzuwachs konfrontiert. Der elementarpädagogische Alltag will dennoch bestmöglich gestaltet werden, Aufträge bewältigt, Interaktionsqualität hochgehalten und die Subjektivität jedes einzelnen Kindes berücksichtigt werden. Aus Perspektive handelnder Personen wird der pädagogische Alltag dargestellt und ermittelt, in welchen Bereichen Überforderung angegeben wird und somit Handlungsbedarf besteht. In folgendem Beitrag wird die Einschätzung von n=500 elementarpädagogischen Fachkräften im Hinblick auf ihren Arbeitsalltag dargestellt. \nThe occupational group of elementary pedagogical specialists is confronted with increasing challenges and decreasing personnel growth. Nevertheless, the daily routine in elementary education has to be organized in the best possible way, tasks have to be mastered, the quality of interaction has to be kept high and the subjectivity of each individual child has to be taken into account. From the perspective of the people involved, the daily pedagogical routine is presented and the areas in which there may be excessive demands and thus a need for action are identified. The following article presents the assessment of n=500 early childhood education professionals regarding their professional daily work.
