Eine verlässliche Umsetzung des Kinderschutzes im Schulsystem gelingt nur, wenn Schulen mit anderen verantwortungstragenden Institutionen interdisziplinär zusammenarbeiten. Trotz gültiger Rechtsnormen zur Kooperation im Kinderschutz seit 2012 (Bundeskinderschutzgesetz [BKiSchG]), ist die pädagogische Praxis einer interprofessionellen Kooperation im schulischen Kinderschutz bisher nur in Teilfragen erforscht. In der vorliegenden explorativen Studie wurden Gruppendiskussionen mit Schulsozialarbeiter:innen und Fachreferent:innen (N = 15) zu ihren Erfahrungen mit Lehrpersonen in der Zusammenarbeit im kooperativen Kinderschutz geführt. Die Ergebnisse deuten auf ein Vorhandensein von asymmetrischen und konkurrenzorientierten Beziehungsstrukturen in der schulischen Kinderschutzkooperation hin. \nResponsible implementation of child protection in the school system can only succeed as a cooperative task between school and non-school systems. Despite the legal norm to build a common framework for child protection and child wellbeing in Germany since 2012 (BKiSchG), there is a hug lack of research in the field of the professional relationship between teachers and other pedagogical professionals. The research questions of this present exploratory study address school-internal and external actors: Focus groups with professional school social workers and specialists (N = 15) concern their experiences with teachers in the field of child protection. Preliminary results show that a certain kind of asymmetric and competitive relationship is structuring cooperation in the school child protection.
