Wie verändern sich Strukturen und Inhalte des Arbeitens und Lernens für Beschäftigte im Bildungssektor in der Beruflichen Bildung, Erwachsenenbildung und Hochschulbildung? Inwiefern spielt dabei die digitale Transformation eine Rolle? Und was bedeuten die Veränderungen für die notwendige Kompetenzentwicklung und die Professionalisierung der pädagogisch Tätigen? Antworten auf diese Fragen zu finden, ist Ziel des Forschungsprojektes „Lernen und Arbeiten in der digitalen Transformation im Bildungsbereich (LAdiB) – New Work und New Learning von Beschäftigten in Berufsbildung, Erwachsenenbildung und Hochschulbildung“. Hierfür wurden ein Review erziehungs-/bildungswissenschaftlicher Fachliteratur sowie Einzelinterviews und Gruppendiskussionen mit Führungskräften und Mitarbeiter*innen aus den drei genannten Bildungsbereichen durchgeführt. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass die Konzepte New Work und New Learning im Bildungsbereich kaum explizite Verwendung finden, sich aber vielfältige Handlungspraktiken und Logiken identifizieren lassen, die mit diesen Vorgehensweisen in Zusammenhang stehen. \nHow do structures and contents of work and learning change for employees in the education sector in vocational education, adult education, and higher education? To what extent does digital transformation play a role in this context? What are the implications of these changes for the necessary competency development and professionalization of educational practitioners? Finding answers to these questions isthe objective of the research project „Learning and Working in the Digital Transformation in the Education Sector (LAdiB) – New Work and New Learning of Employees in Vocational Education, Adult Education, and Higher Education.” To achieve this, a review of educational literature was conducted, along with expert interviews and group discussions involving executives and staff from the three mentioned educational domains. The results indicate that the concepts of New Work and New Learning are not explicitly employed in the education sector, yet diverse practices and logics can be identified that are associated with these approaches.
