Der Beitrag thematisiert den partizipativen Forschungsanspruch eines Praxisforschungsprojekts, in dem ein Verfahren zur systematischen Erfassung des bio-psycho-sozialen Wohlbefindens unter dreijähriger Kinder in Kindertageseinrichtungen entwickelt wird. Das Projekt weist ein partizipatives Design auf: Pädagogisch tätige Praktiker:innen arbeiten als Co-Forscher:innen mit Wissenschaftlerinnen zusammen. Inwieweit der partizipative Forschungsanspruch eingelöst werden konnte, wird auf Basis der fortlaufend erfolgten Dokumentation und Reflexion des Forschungsprozesses kritisch hinsichtlich der praktischen Umsetzung und seiner Chancen und Herausforderungen betrachtet. Auf dichte Forschungsmomente im partizipativen Forschungsprozess fokussierend verdeutlicht der Beitrag den hohen Anspruch, den gemeinsames Forschen an alle Beteiligten stellt. \nThe article addresses the participatory research claim of a practical research project, in which a procedure for the systematic assessment of the bio-psycho-social well-being of children under three years of age in early childcare is being developed. The project has a participatory design: Educational practitioners work together with scientists as co-researchers. The extent to which the participatory research claim could be realized is critically examined on the basis of the ongoing documentation of the research process and its reflection with regard to its practical implementation and its opportunities and challenges. Focusing on dense research moments in the participatory research process, the article illustrates the high demands that joint research places on all participants.
