Organisationales Lernen in Einrichtungen der stationären Altenhilfe als Ermöglichung von Autonomie und Partizipation

Zusammenfassung

Der demografische Wandel zeigt sich in den verschiedensten Dimensionen, besonders betroffen wird davon aber der Bereich der Altenhilfe sein: Einerseits durch die Zunahme an pflegebedürftigen Menschen sowie andererseits durch die Alterung des Personals. Der Beitrag thematisiert die Möglichkeiten des organisationalen Lernens für die komplexe Soziale Welt des Pflegeheims. Dabei stehen Überlegung zur Partizipation und Autonomie von BewohnerInnen wie von Tätigen in Einrichtungen der stationären Altenhilfe im Mittelpunkt. Beide Aspekte werden durch organisationale Lernprozesse möglich und können damit in der Folge positive Effekte für alle Statusgruppen in Einrichtungen der stationären Altenhilfe haben. Bestenfalls werden so Folgen des demografischen Wandels mit Hilfe organisationaler Lernprozesse positiv beeinflussbar.

The demographic shift has become apparent in a large variety of dimensions, but the area of work with the elderly has been especially affected: On the one hand, this is due to an increase in the amount of people dependent on care, on the other hand, it is due to ageing staff. This article discusses the possibility of organisational learning for the complex social world of the nursing homes. It focuses on the participation and autonomy of residents, as well as those who work in nursing homes. To reflect the aspects from both parties become possible through the organisational learning process, which can have positive effects for all groups in nursing homes. At best, the consequences of the demographic shift can be positively influenced with the help of the organisational learning processes
