Solving of problems or shifting of problems? Unintended effects of a health promotion project for the nursing staff in a hospital. Empirical results of an evaluationproject -- Health promotion projects are considered to solve the pressure of work of the nursing staff in German hospitals. Those interventions often focus on the behavior level of the nurses and ignore stress factors due to the structures of the workplace. The following article presents results of an empirical evaluation of a health promotion project within two hospitals especially regarding unintended consequences of the intervention. At least the results of the interventions show a shift of the job strain rather than its decreasing. -- Keywords -- health promotion, nursing staff, job strain, hospitals, evaluation, behavior prevention, structural -- prevention -- -- Der hohen Arbeitsbelastung innerhalb der Pflegeberufe wird u.a. versucht mit Gesundheitsförderungsprojekten zu begegnen. Oftmals konzentrieren sich die Interventionen jedoch auf die Verhaltensebene der Mitarbeiter und blenden verhältnisbezogene belastungsverursachende Faktoren aus.
