How Do We Relate to Each Other?

Setting up systems in psychotherapy, coaching and counselling

• with photographs of many different people
• can be used in a flexible way
• high-quality set of equipment

In therapy, it is often important to make social relationships visible. Using this set of cards, systems within the family or other systems can be made visible and then viewed from an outside perspective. This creates greater clarity and provides an overview of complex relationship patterns and connections. By exploring things, trying things out and ‘talking things over’, working solutions can be developed.

The 120 cards present a wide selection of people, with an age spectrum which ranges from pregnancy to the elderly. The set includes people of different origins and skin colour, people with physical illnesses, handicaps and disabilities. Each person is shown from the front and the back on the picture cards.

For use in psychotherapy, counselling, supervision, self-awareness, coaching, team/organisational development.
