The sociologist Hartmut Rosa uses the term resonance pedagogy to describe the basic features of a learning system which is individualised and has a lasting effect. The system also includes considering and training the ability of everyone involved in the education process to relate to each other.

The authors created this set of cards to provide another way of practicing the implementation of resonance pedagogy. The cards also provide a good basis for swapping views on the concept of getting involved, e.g. within the teaching body. In addition, the cards are suitable for work outside of the school sector, for example in social work, training, coaching and consulting.
