It is usually quiet on the tranquil island of Sandig. Too quiet, thinks Inspector Ole Dilemma from the police station. He is all the more excited when one day a real crime happens. In the newly built parking garage, someone has blown up the parking ticket machines with a huge boom! Now that's something! Ole Dilemma, his moustache bristling, immediately jumps on his bike. With his tracker dog Komma in the trailer, it's off to the scene of the crime! But the witnesses behave very strangely. Ole must find out what's really behind the case!
